Job Responsibilities
• Plan and Implement all of marketing strategies, including end-to-end process for NPD launches, campaigns, promotions, and other supporting activities across all channels (offline & online)
• Oversee and strategize the company’s key business functions, which involve retail and online businesses
• Manage the company’s brand image through marketing activities, both offline and online
• Increase brand’s own media fanbase and efficiency (website traffic, organic search, direct search, EGR, CTR, reach, and etc.)
• Plan and oversee online contents (website, social media channels etc.), to align with offline promotions and product launches
• Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, prints, etc.), and promotional events to be in-line with global standards.
• Analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
• Maintain relationships with media and KOL to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
• Work closing with trade partners (shopping malls and department stores) on NPD launches, campaigns, and promotions to get visibilities
• Monitor, analyze and provide insightful recommendations for all marketing campaigns/activities, which include ROI and business outlook.
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
• Conduct monthly marketing & VM reports

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร• Bachelor's degree Business, Marketing, Administration or related field. • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in marketing field. • Strong knowledge on retail marketing, digital marketing, and social media campaign • Strong logical and analytical skills • Excellent problem solving, presentation and negotiation skills • Result-driven
