Sale and Marketting Manager

Role description:
- Manage all marketing and sales for the English learning Platform online education business in Thailand

- A high degree of autonomy - expecting a senior-level manager, who is able to define the strategy and execute, deliver results without detailed supervision

- detailed tasks

- Define Online and offline marketing strategy incl. SEO, social marketing , B2B marketing, On site marketing at universities

- Execute marketing activities to recruit new customers in line with the business targets set

- Sales course consultant: Contact potential PTE customers to convert them to paying customers

- Contribute to overall business strategy: Work with owners on the overall PTE training strategy to grow the business

- Business analysis and regular reporting of results to owners

- As the business grows this role will be a management position with multiple staff reporting into this role

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : 1. Digital marketing experience 2. Experience working in a sales role delivering ambitious targets / KPIs 3. Experience with sales conversations, willingness to contact potential customers at scale (call downs) 4. Self-motivated and autonomous, ability to manage work and solve problems without detailed oversight 5. 5-10 years work experience with top performance results in previous roles 6. Experience managing a sales team, developing junior team members 7. Bachelor’s degree with top academic results 8. Fluent in English 9. English training experience (PTE, IELTS) preferred
