Recruitment Officer

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Source and recruit potential candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience and attitudes
• Prepare candidates for interviews and present job offers
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Create and update Progress Reports to track research and recruitment process
• A team player with the ability to work both independently, and with colleagues located in international offices
• Ensure the company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, Human Resource, Business Management or a related field 2. Proven work experience in full cycle recruitment (Job description creation, Posting, Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Reference check, assessing candidates, Presenting, & Closing) 3. Experience with a variety of sourcing methodologies to include: headhunting, market mapping, social media recruitment strategies, career sites, etc. 4. Ability to work well with a team in reaching a common goal 5. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills 6. A commitment to success, Driven and motivated mentality 7. Self-starter and quick learner 8. Enthusiastic, Passionate and Positive nature personality 9. Excellent communication in English (both written and spoken)
