Assistant Spa Manager

Responsibilities:
To be responsible for the overall management and performance of the Spa, ensuring high standards of professionalism, guest service and optimum financial performance.
Responsible for the quality of service and maintenance of the product at the Spa in line with our operating standards.
Anticipate guest needs.
Ensure guest satisfaction.
Resolve any guest issues or concerns that may arise.
Manage in the smooth operations of Petala Organic Spa.
Handle and develop employees to work effectively.
Develop positive working relationship with all team members and encourage teamwork.
Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
Performs all tasks and provides services in conformance with policies, procedures, work instructions, hygiene standards, training, recognized best practices, safety laws and regulations.
Flexibility in schedule.
Assist Spa Operations Manager in any all tasks requested.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : 1. Female, aged between 25-32 years old. 2. Bachelor's Degree in any related fields. 3. 2 years work experience in the same position and at least 2 years working in a 5-star hotel/Day Spa. 4. Well-read and is knowledgeable in Anatomy, Physiology and Massage. 5. Good command of English. 6. Experience in Microsoft Office programs Word, Excel, and Outlook 7. Courteous manner with strong team building skills 8. Strong administrative and management skills, including experience in operating budgets 9. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 10. Good interpersonal skills. Confident and has flexibility in working under pressure
