Recruitment Executive

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Source and recruit potential candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience and attitudes
• Prepare candidates for interviews and present job offers
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Create and update Progress Reports to track research and recruitment process
• A team player with the ability to work both independently, and with colleagues located in international offices
• Ensure the company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, Human Resource, Business Management or related field 2. Proven work experience in full cycle recruitment (Job description creation, Posting, Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Reference check, assessing candidates, Presenting, & Closing) 3. Experience with a variety of sourcing methodologies to include: headhunting, market mapping, social media recruitment strategies, career sites, etc. 4. Ability to work well with a team in reaching a common goal 5. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills 6. A commitment to success, Driven and motivated mentality 7. Self-starter and quick learner 8. Enthusiastic, Passionate and Positive nature personality 9. Excellent communication in English (both written and spoken)
