ITSM - IT Service Management (Department Management Level)

1.Manage IT Infrastructure department and IT service supporting (System Administration, Security, Database Administration, Networking and all fundamental of infrastructure and all end-points) to serve multi-company and difference-culture of Nan Yang Textile Group

2.Provide a focus for SLA management and business user satisfaction across the customer base. Ensure systems and structure for SLAs and business user satisfaction are in place and effectively used.

3.Provide direction and roadmaps to the IT Infrastructure, IT Service Support, organizing infrastructure-related projects

4.Ensure process capacity planning, IT asset management, deployment management

5.Assist on developing, planning, and implementing strategic initiatives in response of business needs as infrastructure-related

6.Coach the IT Infrastructure team / IT Service Support members and plan for career development

7.Manage activities consisting of budget expenditures, contracts and procedures

8.Provide technical expertise, problem analysis, and process evaluation, problem solving while maintaining focus on operational empathy

9.Maintain integrity of data on system ensuring the daily Backup was completed successfully and system monitoring such as centralized Antivirus

10.Manage service desk, endpoint management service (PC, NB, Printer, Mobile device and etc) and ensure deliverable items to business user and align with IT Policy

11.Develop strong relationships with customers and internal teams

12.Educate and supervise local working team to high discipline, strong IT process and governance

13.Manage IT communication channel, protocol and media to efficiency and rapidly communication

14.Ensure service delivery to align with ITIL or ITSM framework/practice

15.Maintain detailed log of all IT equipment, asset management, configuration management (i.e. serial numbers, make, model, what software is on each computer, etc.)

16.Standby IT support by phone call and remote after working hours and on site if emergency case.

17.Manage/Follow up ticker, incident, issue, problem solving, trouble shooting and fix on schedule

18.Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

19.Maintain a good working knowledge of current service support and future trends

20.Research and development technical/service solution to serve business in future.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : 1. Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, Infrastructure, Project Management or relate filed 2. 10+ years in IT infrastructure, IT Management with proven years of managing team in a fast paced, high-growth organization 3. Exposure to Apparel, Textile, Garment Industry or Manufactory is highly preferred 4. Broad technical knowledge of service support management/infrastructure including but not limited to security, wireless network, servers, storage, end-points and databases 5. Familiarity with following technologies: Windows server, Linux, Oracle, Proxy, Network, LAN, WAN, WLAN, DLP, NAC, Antivirus, Endpoint control, Firewall, Router, HA, VPN, AD, NPS, NTP, Web server, File share, Backup/Restore, DRP, Storage, VMWare, MDM 6. Excellent IT skills familiarity with IT control and daily management: COBIT, COSO, ITIL, SOX(ITGC), ITSM
